Process
Developing this strategy is an inclusive project where key brand, marketing and sustainability stakeholders join in on a series of workshops led by Bedow. After the workshop series, Bedow will collect and refine all input and assemble the Brand Impact Strategy. By managing the project this way, we will reach a solid and anchored Brand Impact Strategy.

The standard deliverables of the Brand Impact Strategy include a series of workshops that provide summaries and insights leading to a new Brand Purpose. The purpose is based on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and is accompanied by a Brand Impact Statement. We are committed to ensuring that the brand purpose is activated and we create a manifesto that can be easily incorporated into your current or future brand book. In collaboration with you, we also develop a roadmap for the next three years, outlining key initiatives and responsibilities.
