The Atrium logotype is constructed from the uppercase “A” of word mark, rotated, reflected and multiplied to resemble the roof structure of a real atrium.
Atrium's warm brand colours are rendered with a variable airbrushed texture to emphasise the changing light during different times of the day.
Atrium is the most progressive primary care clinic in Sweden; a new kind of service that combines high-quality care with its research-driven approach centred around the patient. Atrium's goal is to help create a better model of healthcare by shifting the focus from reactive to preventive care.
In ancient Rome, the atrium was the central hub of the house; a bright, open-air space from which all other hallways and rooms were accessed. The word indicates brightness and warmth, but also conveys a sense of multiple pathways and possibilities; just like Atrium’s own system of care.
The Atrium brand is built around a subtle pictogram and a crafted-but-contemporary sans serif wordmark that marries modernity with experience in its variegated forms. The pictogram takes the uppercase ‘A’ of the wordmark and transforms it into an open-air ceiling – the defining feature of the ancient atrium. Married with a warm palette of airbrushed tones, these assets reflect the full breadth of the Atrium healthcare experience
